ABOUT ME

Currently, I serve as Head of AI Marketing at Gladly, where I lead the strategy and execution of AI-driven marketing initiatives that elevate customer experience, strengthen go-to-market performance, and modernize how marketing teams operate. I partner closely with cross-functional leaders across Product, Sales, and Executive Leadership to ensure AI innovation translates into measurable business value—from content and campaign optimization to performance insights and scalable marketing systems.

Prior to this role, I led inbound marketing strategy and execution at Gladly, owning the full inbound engine and multi-channel digital programs spanning SEO, paid media, email, social, web optimization, content strategy, and brand voice governance. I directed integrated content and editorial planning across the buyer journey, evolved the website into a conversion-optimized growth platform, and drove performance measurement to continuously improve ROI. I also owned strategic planning for media relations, public relations, and analyst relations, strengthening brand authority and market influence. In this role, I managed and mentored a cross-disciplinary team across content, design, and web—building scalable marketing operations and raising the bar for quality and consistency across every customer-facing touchpoint.

Previously, I served as Digital Marketing Manager at Sonic Foundry, Inc., partnering with creative and content teams to execute integrated strategies that expanded brand presence and engagement. Earlier in my career, roles at Local Matters Digital and Spectrum Reach built my foundation in web development, SEO, and digital advertising—equipping me with a strong technical and performance marketing lens that continues to shape my leadership today.
